The History of Beer (4 Beer Kit)

This kit includes all the ingredients you'll need to recreate the four beers spanning 4,000 years of beer history.  Including:

• The oldest known beer recipe in the world, coming from a 3900-year-old poem in Mesopotamia.
• A Medieval Small Beer made of malt and oats, flavored with a gruit herb mix
• A 1744 Porter recipe
• The first Pale Lager Pilsner recipe from 1842

Each kit produces approximately 1 gallon of beer. The 4 separate kits include all necessary grains and fermentable sugars, gruit mix or hops, and yeast
