Based on the recipe used in the HTME episode on making Viking Braggot, this recipe produces a delicious drink that combines mead and beer.
Kit will include all the grains, yeast, and gruit herbs you need to brew 1 gallon of this braggot. Due to it's weight, honey is an optional add on since it'll be cheaper to purchase your own locally (1.5 lbs). However it can be added on it you want to save that step.
NOTE: Kit does not include fermenting or bottling equipment.
